Personal characteristics are important in any business environment because they affect the way we meet from time to time to the demands of the work environment.

Autonomy
It is the ability to perform assigned tasks without the need for constant supervision by using its own resources.

Self-confidence
It is the awareness of its value, of their skills and their ideas beyond the opinions of others.

Flexibility / Adaptability
It means being able to adapt to changing work environments, being open to new ideas and willing to work with people with different points of view even from their own.

Resistance to stress
It is the ability to react positively to the working pressure retaining control, staying focused on the priorities and not to transfer any of its other voltages.

Ability to plan and organize
And 'the ability to realize ideas, identifying objectives and priorities, taking into account the time available, schedule the process, organizing the resources.

Accuracy / Attention to detail
It is the ability to be accurate, diligent and careful about what you do, taking care of the details and the details towards the end result.
Learning on an ongoing basis
And 'the ability to recognize their own shortcomings and areas for improvement, working to acquire and continuously improve their knowledge and skills.
