         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;In science there are a lot of things that happen in the world that people may not always be able to explain. Things like this are known as Phenomenons. One phenomenon in particular is with an orange peel and a balloon.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;This phenomena works by blowing a balloon up and cutting an orange peel. Once you have these two things all you do is squeeze the peel over the balloon and...POP! What makes this happen though?<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; When you squeeze the two ends of the orange peel together a chemical called limonene comes out. Limonene and the rubber balloon are both a hydrocarbon substance. When this chemical hits the rubber balloon it causes the rubber layers to dissolve and the balloon to burst.<br><br></div>]]></description>
