Types of shipment

• Shopee Express: Fast delivery service by Shopee.

• Standard Shipping: Regular delivery via logistics partners.

• Instant/Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas for immediate delivery.
  

Step 2: Fill gaps between the product and carton with suitable materials.

Step 3: Seal the carton with tape.

Step 4: Attach the delivery note or write the movement code on the carton as required.

• Choose delivery at the pick-up unit or post office, then click "Invoice."

• Select the printer icon, choose your printer, and print the waybill.

• Print two copies of the delivery order, keep a delivery voucher, and issue the order to quickly resolve any order-related issues.

Once the courier picks up the package, the status will change to “Shipped” automatically.

• Go to the delivery location and contact the recipient if they are not present.

• Obtain a signature for confirmation. For cash on delivery, collect payment and provide change.

• Some orders may require QR code scanning or confirmation via the Shopee app.

• Update the delivery status and notify the seller and recipient.

1. Pick-Up: Shipper receives goods at the shop, verifies pick-up details, and scans the order code to update the system.

2. Delivery: Shipper delivers within 1-2 hours and may contact the customer to confirm delivery timing.

3. Confirmation: Shipper marks the order as "Successful delivery," allowing the customer to acknowledge receipt and rate the order on Shopee.

Confirmation by Delivery Person: The delivery person confirms via Shopee's system. Signature or photo may be required. Buyers confirm receipt and pay if needed.

Payment: COD payments are confirmed by the shipper. For pre-paid orders, payment is confirmed automatically.

Feedback: The buyer is asked to rate the order and leave feedback.

Seller Payment: Shopee disburses payment to the seller within 1-3 working days.

Additional Status Updates:

• Canceled orders appear in the "Cancelled Order" section.

• Order updates inform customers of status and estimated delivery.

• Returns are marked "Returned."

• Lost or damaged orders impact both delivery and supplier reputation.

• Wrong address

• No recipient present (can reschedule or have someone else receive)

Step 3: Select the Unsuccessful Delivery tab to track failed orders

Step 4: Click "View details" in the Action column to see the cancellation reason.

With customers: See the reason for cancellation under product name and image in the Cancellation section on the Orders page

Withdrawal Process: Automatic or manual via Shopee Account Balance.

Payment Timeframe:

• Shopee Mall Sellers:

  1. Immediately after the buyer confirms receipt.

  2. On the 8th day after delivery if no return/refund request.

  3. After return/refund request is processed.

• Non-Shopee Mall Sellers:

  1. Immediately after the buyer confirms receipt.

  2. On the 4th day after delivery if no return/refund request.

  3. After return/refund request is processed.
