It can be execute without much difficulty and without prior experience.  For example, when sea turtles hatched on a beach, they will automatically move to the ocean because of innate behavior. Some benefits are that it helps organisms to reproduce and survive which relates to natural selection . For example, a form of innate behavior occurs in honeybees. A honeybee will "dance" when they find food. The dance signals other bees where to find the source of food and this assist the honeybees to remain alive and reproduce so the behavior can be passed down from generation to generation.
