Research and Development (R&D) Tax Incentive would encourage Aussie Tech Solutions to invest a team to devleop their tech to allow for economic incentives with the government.

Workplace Gender Equality would encourage Aussie Tech Solutions to analyse their workforce and understnadn their employeees and where they can encourage more employment in a under recognised group.

Work Health and Safety would encourage the company to review their workplace to allow for a safe and growth place of work. Having a legal framework of minimum standards would keep the company aware of anything that needs repairing etc.
