         <description><![CDATA[<div>Located in Northern Europe, Norway ranks as the most developed nation in the world, scoring a according to the United Nations' Human Development Index. It scores a 0.953 on this index.<br><br>It is located in the Developed World.<br><br>It is a very wealthy nation compared to the rest of the world. According to the CIA World Factbook, it had a per capita GDP of $72,100 in 2017. This was much greater than the world average of $17,500. It is also greater than the United States, which was $59,800.<br><br>The people there are well educated. Norway has a school life expectancy of 18 years, meaning the average person finishes college in Norway. This is greater than the world average of just 12 years. The U.S. has a school life expectancy of 16 years.<br><br>The people there also live long and healthy lives. The people there have a life expectancy of 82 years. It has a score of 0.741 on this scale.<br><br>This nation is grouped in the Transitioning World.<br><br>The people there had a per capita GDP of $13,000 in 2017, which was lower than the world's of $17,500. It was much lower than America's per capita GDP of $59,900.<br><br>On average, the people there have a school life expectancy of 15 years, which means the average person sees some college. This is higher than the rest of the world, which has school life expectancy of 12 years, and a little lower than the United States' average of 16 years.<br><br>The people there live long lives. They have a life expectancy of 70.2 years. This compares a little better than the world's average, which has a life expectancy of 69.8 years. With a score of 0.354 on this index, it is the least developed nation in the world.<br><br>It is located in the Developing World. They have a school life expectancy of just six years, which is much lower than the world's 12 years and America's 16 years.<br><br>People there do not live long lives compared to the rest of the world. They <br><br>People there live poor lives. They have a per capita GDP of just $1,200. This is much lower than the world, with an average of $17,500, and the United States, which has an average of $59,500.<br><br>People there receive little education. They have a life expectancy of just 56.3 years. Compare that to the world's 69.8 years and America's 80.1 years. This was higher than the world's per capita GDP of $17,500, but it is much lower than the United States' per capita GDP of $59,500.<br><br>In Chaffee County, 92% of our population over the age of 25 has obtained a high school diploma, and 32% has obtained a bachelor's degree or above.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
