         <title>I wonder what is to happen with the criminal element. Although students will have electronic devices they choose to use to help them access information, they still may have to travel and live around people who do not have much and resort to taking things just to make ends meet. The iPad or other tablet devices can easily be converted into money which may be the focus of the people they must encounter during their travels who now do not have as much as our students. </title>

         <title>The why is because students in less privileged communities are often behind the curve in terms of integrating technology into their learning.
