2. There are summary captions but we usually do story captions which are three sentences.
3. For teachers put title it is the first thing before the first and last name. For students you put their grade.
4. All captions need photo credit
5. Story captions are made of 6 components- Lede, Context, Quote, Insider info, Photo Credit. (Identifying sentence, then there's a quote)
6. Lede is a present tense sentence that addresses the most important elements of the 5Ws and H. Sentence should be no longer than 25 words.
7. After lede there is context- context is past tense important facts need to be known and more info that is needed to explain the photo.
8. Quote is needed and it should end with "said"

Example-
Freshman Diana ___ plays Jenga on First Fiesta Friday of the year.
The first Fiesta Friday of the year on Aug. 26 was club rush and it also included games like Jenga, corn hole, and basketball! Live music was also playing in the background.
"I'm having a lot of fun. I've joined a few clubs and I'm doing really good in Jenga," Diana said.
