Electric cars use electricity to run. The electricity is stored in a battery pack that then deploys the energy into the electric motor that turns the wheels. These battery pack are charged by either a socket on a wall or a dedicated charging unit. Virtual reality is where people have the ability to interact with a virtual environment in what seems like a physical and realistic way- it uses technology to make this possible. The most common form of virtual reality is the use of headsets with sensors which allow the user to interact with the virtual world- this is mainly used for gaming.

Implications on Society:
Virtual reality can improve quality of life for people who are limited. For example, if someone can not fly on an aeroplane, virtual reality still gives them the ability to explore the world. It can also train people in specific professions to prepare them for work by giving them the opportunity to work in a ‘real’ environment.

Future Uses:
Virtual reality can improve the medical industry as it could be used as a way to practice surgery. Virtual reality can also be used as space exploration.

•4. Popularity: EV’s are growing in popularity. With popularity comes all new types of cars being put on the market that are each unique, providing you with a wealth of choices moving forward.
