-I also identified a number of accommodation and packages offered in each island in Terengganu.
-The collected information is the telephone number and the attractions of the place and the package.
-Next, I received a contract rate of Mutiara Hotel from Bentong
-Then, I  print the detail attached into a file.
- I also make feedback to the company to say that I have received the contract rate. 
-I make feedback by sending faxes and making calls.

- After lunch, I started searching for places that can be visited in Terengganu.
 -First, I find the main tourist attractions in and outside Terengganu.
 -After that, I list these places and after that selecting and sort list the places.-
 Besides, that also have feedback email from the resort in Redang island for the contract rate.
