I completely agree with this idea because of the following reasons.

First, if couples share their household responsibilities, it improves the quality of their marital life. All women – both working and non-working – will appreciate it when their partners take the time to share the housework with them because it is a clear sign that their men care for them. When a working woman have to do all the housework without any help, it has a very negative effect on her mental and physical well-being. 

Besides, when couples share the responsibilities of domestic life, they set a good example for their children. Their children will be more empathetic, and when they become adults they will have no trouble sharing the responsibilities with their partners.

In conclusion, men and women should be encouraged to share the responsibilities of their day-to-day life. It improves their family life and also pass on good character traits to their children.

Because In today's life, women are the ones who have to face a lot of pressure. After finishing work, they go home to do household chores such as "taking care of the children, cooking, washing, cleaning the house, going to the market". Let children do household chores is the best way for them to have a closer relationship with their parents. When sharing chores with their mother and father, they have a good chance to know how busy their parents are. For example, my mother usually tells me to help her with cooking meals, washing dishes and washing cloths. To be honest, I didn’t really obey at first, but since I recognized that all members of my family have to not only go to work hard but also do housework after going home, I’ve gradually awared that it’s my responsibility to do daily chores together with my parents. Therefore, I find that I understand my parents more than ever before thanks to many simply chores.
Last but not least, spliting the housework evenly, the family will become more close-knit as everyone can feel mutual caring from others. Moreover,  when household chores are devided, it will be done faster and the family will have more free time for entertaimnment. This is also help thefamily become closer and closer.
In a nutshell, gone are the days housework be put on females’ shoulders.
