What motivates you to work or study?
the fact that counts towards so much or that i'm getting paid.

Do monetary or non-monetary rewards motivate you better? Why?
Both do, because both have their advantages and disadvantages that i would work for.
Do you prefer to work alone or in a team? Why?
preferably to work by myself, but there are certain things i would prefer to do with a team, if i need advice or to discuss something.
Do you think pay should be related to performance? Why/why not?

When you work in a team how should your performance be assessed?

A sense of satisfaction from doing a good job and when I'm interested in what I'm doing (study and work) and of course being paid helps (work)

A mixture of both but the intrinsic reward really needs to be there - will drop pay to obtain job satisfaction

If the team is awesome (hello Nick and Melissa) then working in a group is magic and so much better then working individually but too often there are slack members of a group and so you would rather work alone

I think some people need performance pay as an incentive. It doesn't have to be pay but some sort of recognition is important for me.

What motivates you to work or study?

Having a clear understanding of the purpose of what I'm working or studying for and the contributions that it will resultingly have in the future.

Do monetary or non-monetary rewards motivate you better? Why?

Monetary rewards motivate me more as it speaks louder than perks and the benefit is more direct

Do you prefer to work alone or in a team? Why?

I prefer working as a team when they are responsible and aren't distracting as it is helpful to have multiple insights into a specific area of thought

Do you think pay should be related to performance? Why/why not?

Yes, because if pay were to be attributed to time spent on the task, then efficiency or quality of product/service would not play factor. For example:
Worker A spends his work day performing a certain task, but takes regular and long breaks and completes the mural in a week.
Worker B performs the same task, but only takes breaks when neccesary and stays motivated to complete the task. He completes it in 3 days to the same standard as Worker A. If pay was according to time spent, Worker A would be payed for 5 days more than Worker B's 2 days of pay for the same task.

When you work in a team how should your performance be assessed?

The amount and level of overall contribution put into the task
