About 18500 inhabitants live in Sestri Levante. A peninsula divides the sea into two bays: the bay of Silence and the bay of Tales, which inspired a lot of artists such as Hans Christian Anderson who wrote tales and nowadays every year there's a literature prize for the best tale written by a child.

A project named FAMI finances and helps the school in involving those students during school-time.
Our students belongs to middle-class families because the local economy is based on tourism, services, local commerce and experts such as lawyers, accountants.
