         <description><![CDATA[<p>If you reduce the workload of a course then students will just pick up another course, more shifts at work etc and then complain the workload of the new course is too high. It’s not their fault that they can’t prioritize the degree due to systemic issues but also it’s not my fault they have to know enough to be successful in later courses </p>]]></description>
