I think Amy made a pretty good list but I would like to add a few I really enjoyed : developmental psych, human resource management,

counselling skills,

family as a social system,

individualisation, and the

social theories

Developmental psych was hugely interesting as it touched on the phases we go through and life and made sense of a lot of things in my past and helped for the future. The Human resource management subject showed my how to use psych in the corporate world and I enjoyed looking at psychology through that lens. Looking
at Family as a social system was another favourite as I am obsessed with families and individualisation/self actualisation was another interesting one as it really helped analyse myself and come through the other side. Of couse the social theories were interesting as they shed light on so much.

In the assignment instructions the process states that for each unit select samples from completed assignments. Does this mean we need to select samples from every assignment we have completed over the years, or do we peruse all of them and select a few?

I have no idea if im on the right track or way off! But here are my thoughts:
For year 1:
Developmental Psych: understanding the brain development and the positive and negative external factors can have. Also how to nurture development - and how external roles can facilitate that nurturing.
Social Systems - understanding society and the complexities/ how systems/sub systems/individuals all interrelate, interact, impact one another.
Managing in change and ambiguity - Critical thinking and reflection of the present and future.
Positive psychology - as i work in counselling roles it was interesting to see theories that focus on strengths/positives instead of the crisis/trauma/past.
Year 2:
Social theory - (currently completing now) conflict theory, and social analysis.
Cultural diversity - understanding the influence and differences in culture. how it helps shape peoples thoughts, feelings, behaviours, values and beliefs.
Organisational theory - how to find balance between self values to organisational values, and how to manage different personalities and motivations professionally. Personal development in professional practice.
Year 3:
Work placement - how i am putting my learnings into practice and reflecting on my experience.
Also i really enjoyed focusing on Family as a social system.

I'm not sure if it is "baby brain" on my behalf or if others are having similar issues, but I am totally stuck on the layout and format for these assignments. Is it possible to get a structure guideline or some suggested headings etc.
Also will the draft format or structure be the same as the final document just fewer words, writing drafts is not a strong point of mine, I usually just go in head first.
