From the Huffington Post:
https://www.huffingtonpost.com/jackie-k-cooper/jodi-picout-the-storyteller_b_2979388.html
Negative Review:
"Readers will have a difficult time pulling for Sage. She is such a contrary character, full of insecurities and at odds with her life. She manages to stay rather dispassionate about the stories she hearsand this in turn makes it easier for th reader to stay untouched. At least not as touched and horrified as they should be based on the horrors that are revealed."
Positive/Negative Review from the same post:
"Still the basic Picoult touches are there such as the attention to detail, the narrative viewpoint of several characters rather than one, and a final twist that will be a surprise to some readers. All of these are plusses but they do not raise the level of reading entertainment to that of her other novels. Picoult is one of the best writers out there today but The Storyteller is only second rate"

It seems very cliches. I got really tired of the fairy tale repeated over and over.
Positive Review
Amy: I love how she researches historical facts and then she spins her own fictional story around it.
Robert: I loved how this book showed the Holocaust through the eyes of the SS guard as well as the victims.
Deb: Each characters voice was incredibly believable. A tribute to the survivors stories and resilience, one that needs to be heard by contemporary society.

"This is a powerful and riveting, sometimes gut-wrenching, read, in which the always compelling Picoult brings a fresh perspective to an oft-explored topic."
- Booklist
