The Sapangbato once housed a quarry for the calcareous, dacite,and pumiceous rocks that were used in the early 60 days to build Pisamban (Catholicchurches like the Holy Rosary ParishChurch), bale batu (colonial homes like theBale Herencia), large kamalig (ricegranaries), and other structures. Among of the highland sitios in this historic Barrio are Sitio Babo and Sitio Baliti, which are primarily inhabited by Aetas who speak Kapampangan. 

Its northern border is formed by Clark Field in Pampanga, its southern border by Barangay Manwali in Porac, its eastern border by Barangay Margot, and its western border by the communities of Camachiles and Agwit.

There are a lot of Health Center Facilities in Sapangbato, and one of them is the Sapangbato Health Center, Clark Freeport, located in Angeles City.

It was situated in Purok 1 Sapangbato, Angeles City, a neighborhood that focuses mostly on the treatment of out patients. It was given the term "the birthing clinic" since giving birth to expectant women who cannot afford to go to a private hospital is its primary function. 
Also, it provides some treatment for other common illnesses. The Lerma, midwife, and the other staff members organized it.
