         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is providing a supportive environment to gain weight because there is less access to healthy food, and the non-healthy food is very convenient to access and cheap so everyone is able to purchase it. An example is as if there is a food court full of bad dietary choices to eat for lunch and no options to choose a healthy option.</div>]]></description>
