The term "civil" refers to the general duties that every <a href="https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ciudadano">citizen</a>must recognize, thus legitimizing the current legal order. In other words, "civil" indicates that the main objective of disobedience is to bring about changes in the social or political order that would affect the <a href="https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Libertad">freedom</a> of citizens.</div>]]></description>
