         <description><![CDATA[<p>fat people have to tell each other tips and tricks in order to get proper care. For example, we need to ask for larger needles for vaccines so that the injection doesn't fail, and we need to ask for it to be higher up on the arm. We also need to know the dosing of certain medications by weight. For example, plan B doesn't work if you are over a certain BMI/weight cut off, yet it is still prescribed without notifying the person. </p>]]></description>
