Something I would warn future math students in middle school about would be, Math wont be too hard, it is just following a series of steps, if you listen to the teacher or lesson and you ask questions, then you will do okay.  IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO ASK QUESTIONS, if you are confused, do not understand, have doubts, or have questions on why, what, how, or etc,. then you should ask.
2. Something that I would applaud myself for is that I was able to understand math in middle school, and have an A in it, all 3 years. 
3. Something that I would tell my future self is somewhat of the same thing that I would tell future middle schoolers in math, which is that you should listen, follow the steps, and ask questions that will help you. If my future self is really struggling, then i would tell myself to ask my family, friends, school staff, or academic /informational websites for help. I would also say that If i ever have a teacher that is truly not working for me, I could change teachers. In math, there is always an answer to be found in some way.
