The Violent Foam: A second combination of poems written after the year 1993.

Riverbed of Memory: A collection of poems by Zamora, describing Nicaragua during its revolution in the 70s. The title is a symbol of her homeland and the memories she carries from her childhood in Managua ("Daisy Zamora: We're Exiled").

Daisy Zamora is still living and publishing work such as, "La violenta espuma" (The Violent Foam) which was published in the early 80s, and in 2024, "El encuentro absoluto" will be published. Her book "Cerrada luz" was published in Peru in 2021, and she also had smaller book called Como te ve tu hombre? ("How does your man see you?) an example of her feminist writing style ("Daisy Zamora").

Through the courtyard window

comes the crickets’ song.

Nothing different it tells me,

Smiling photos in an album,

we appear far away.

What were we laughing at? What were we saying?

What deaths were lying in wait?
