         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. The camera angles during an interview needs to be diverse. Having the same continuous angle can become boring. The shots on those angles should also be different. Having a long shot and a close up helps with the effect of the interview.<br><br>2. Sound is crucial in an interview. Having the microphone too far away from the subject can cause them to sound distant. You need to have a microphone close to them and out of the shot if possible.<br><br>3. The placement of the interviewer can help with editing and content. When two or more interviews are being placed into one video, having the interviewer switch sides of the camera helps with smoother transitions.<br><br>4. Another interviewer placement tip is to keep the interviewer near the camera. Having the interviewer near the camera diverts the attention of the interviewee closer to the camera, giving a feeling of involvement to the viewer.<br><br>5. Background is extremely important in an interview. The location should be related to the interview.<br><br>Questions:<br><br>1. What role does weight training play in a high school athlete’s life?</div><div><br>2. Do you think weight training is crucial to an athlete’s success in sports?</div><div><br>3.
