• After brunch we went to a museum that has the history on Vietnam war it was called " the war remnants"

• After the visit we went checked in

  The Vietnam culture is very different from Singapore it's more respectful here so as to say, times before eating we must wait for everyone before we start and say a phrase in Vietnamese.

• After that we had lunch at some place where they gave us chicken and rice.

• Then we went to a coconut factory named " vicosap" locally owned company in ho chi minh that specializes in coconut

• We went to the ECG learning ground to have a recce of the place. We didn't learnt much during this day but there was an interesting fact about the coconut factory " vicosap" that the coconut they use " macapuno" is rarely eaten as it's always thrown on the ground and looks nasty together with it's similarities with the normal coconut.

Went to the EVG for preparation to make prawn soup noodles

Lunch we ate prawns

Dinner we ate a large dinner before we went back to the hotel. I didn't learn much during this day maybe just honing my cooking skills as a hospitality student my cooking skills aren't as good as the culinary students. Being my first time in the kampong and still getting to know my trip mates I needed to be open minded.

Then we prep for the EVG to make soy sauce chicken.

Lunch we had prawn and banana

Dinner we had fried garlic chicken and some broth and cabbage and watermelon.

Ingredients were scarced we had to learn to be adaptable, independent.

We prep for EVG to make bobo Cha Cha a Singaporean dessert

Lunch we had fish

Dinner we had chicken and vermicelli noodles and rice paper

Ended the day of with a birthday for December kiddos.

Day 5 was really short I didn't learn anything much but it was really tiring.

We went to the school to set up and play carnival games

We went to EVG centre and had curry for lunch

We had karaoke

Kids came and we had to perform

Den we had campfire

Ended the day with dinner hotpot

Nothing much learnt we mostly has fun during the campfire session

We took a bus to ho chi minh to the Mekong rive took a boat see bees and had fish for lunch and saw snake.

We got back victory hotel in ho chi Minh city rested for awhile

Then we went for dinner ate fried rice we met a cat. Then we went shopping

We learnt about the honey,royal jelly n the pollen effects on your body.

Went to the palace explored it for an hour, went for lunch.

Went to the airport and flight is delayed
