However, our company is now working on a new email A.I system to filter out less urgent emails. Notifications will only appear if urgent emails requiring immediate attention are received.   We have received concerns from fellow staff members about the number of work related emails and text messages received out of office. We understand this has caused inconvenience to all. 
  We have investigated into this matter and discovered that there were certain security issues concerning the staff members’ emails, causing emails to be duplicated and repetitive. We are now actively finding solutions to solve this issue and the computer system will be restored as soon as possible.
