There wasn't as much opportunity to really shape the TA and Training component as much as I was expecting, so I wasn't "inspired" as much as I was hoping. It was good to get on the same page with key terms and definitions though.

Similar to co-creation, the format of the meetings and the follow up allowed multiple ways for people to give feedback. Perhaps a few more opportunities to provide anonymous feedback during the meetings would have been helpful for those that felt uncomfortable speaking up during the meeting, but there was always an opportunity to provide input afterwards.
