This can lead to long strecthes of time where I don't attend any social events. I did a good job last semester attending a good amount of social events. I generally have a good attitude and outlook on things. I've learned some good strategies so far on how best to utilize my energy with my ADHD.          <description><![CDATA[<div>So far I have been successful in getting back into the gym twice a week. Going on Tuedays and Thursdays for 30 minute endurance cardio workouts and a small amount of weight training. I have been doing this for about 3 weeks. My next step is to also go on saturdays, maintain the current schedule, and start slowly adding more weight training.<br><br>I have hit a hickup in the goal because of health problems with my heart. I have been expeirencing episodes of dizziness that have caused me to fall down while streatching and lifting weights.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My depression and ADHD have been making it very difficult to accomplish this goal so far this semester. I am being proactive about my issues by seeing a counsular regularly and I've looking into getting depression medication. The health issues with my heart have put a snag in this plan so far but nothing substantial that can't be gotten through.</div>]]></description>

Trying to remember everything I need to get done has been a bit of a challenge.<br><br>Over the last couple days though I have set aside time at the end of each night to relax and kick my feet up.          <description><![CDATA[<div>So far I have been accomplishing my goal to go to the gym twice a week. I now have a workout partner to attend with which makes it easier to motivate myself to go. I have included more exercises in my routine and now do a full body workout every session. I'm currently working on getting myself to go 3 times a week. So far it has been a challenge but I am going to stay persistant.</div>]]></description>
