         <description><![CDATA[<div>Some people think that the only health risk they have is through inheritance, “However, your heredity is only part of your risk for these diseases. In many cases, your behavior is at least as important to your health as your family history”(Hilliard City Schools). To lower one’s risk in the biggest way it is important that they focus on quitting smoking, focus on proper nutrition and be more physically active. “The following are 3 of the most important ways to reduce your risk of the top 3 causes of death: 1. Quit smoking, or don’t start. 2. Eat fewer high-fat foods and more fruits and vegetables. 3. Be more physically active”(Hilliard City Schools). When doing these it is important to set goals to hold yourself accountable for your health.” You’re more likely to make changes in your habits if you set a specific goal for yourself”(Hilliard City Schools).</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

My parents aren't very active people in terms of exercise so they have recently decided to go on walks every day to start getting into better shape. This will help reduce their risk of different diseases in the future. </div><div><br></div>]]></description>
