         <description><![CDATA[<div>He wrote several papers about various aspects of electricity and magnetism in 1785 and 1791. He formulated the theory of Coulomb's Law. This law is the basics of electricity. The more the distance increases between two charged objects, the electric fields and forces decrease. They become stronger as they come closer together. The attraction or repulsion determines if the interactions are positive or negative. </div>]]></description>
