She had two children with him ; Marie and Alix.

 During her first wedding with Louis XVII of France, she followed her husband in the crusade. She quarrelled with him about her uncle, Raymond of Poitiers. In fact some people accused Eleanorof having cheated with her uncle.
It is the« dark side » of Eleanor of Aquitaine. 

 The wedding with Louis XVII was cancelled in march 21th 1152.

 In 1173, Eleanor was caught during a journey. She was imprisoned during fifteen years. She was released after the death of her husband in 1189.
Finally, she died in Poitiers on April 1st 1204.

In 2007, Ségolène Royal was the first French woman reaching the second round of presidential election , but she was defeated by Nicolas Sarkozy, she collected 46,94 % of votes.
