-Criminal cases is when the government accuses someone of a crime
'There are 2 types of crime'
-Misdemeanors. They are small crimes that can be both less then a year in jail and small fines
-Felonies. They are for more serious crimes murder or larceny. They can be both prison sentences over a year and large fines $$$.
