I have made videos for class projects before. I think what has worked best for me in the past when doing videos is to be prepared and have what I want to say written down. So I don't forget anything and feel confident in what I have to say. I would also do the video in sections and put them together. So you can have breaks between what you are say. So if you mess up in one area you don't have to re-start the whole thing.

I like having the freedom in this assignment to pick which medium works best for us as individuals to put forth our best work. I will probably do a PowerPoint/google slide or Collage poster board. Those are what I think I could do my best with.

I don't have any experience in making videos. The creative work I am thinking of doing for the Family to School Collaboration Video or Creative Work Assignment is creating an art piece. I am thinking of doing an art piece because I feel like I can express my feelings more that way and art is something I really enjoy doing.

I have made videos for other classes before and I have uploaded on youtube. One advice that I recommend is to write down and practice what you want to say before you record. This will help to make sure that you include everything that is needed for the assignment. I also try and record when I'm alone because I do get nervous when there are people around.

I think I am doing the video because I have some experience with making them and I am able to express my experiences!

The only video I can remember making was one where I simply had to read a children's book as if I were running a circle time, so all I had to do was record myself and upload my video. I have made google slide presentations in the past, which I have found fun to make so I think I will do that for my presentation.

I made a short video before, but it's been a while since then. I have used the Imovie app and I like how it works.

I want to try the application they mention in the instruction video. I thinking to use Imovie again for this project.

My experience in making videos is from high school when I would make a video for a final project, but since then I have not made a video for an assignment. I am not experienced or have much experience with making videos, but if it is your first time making a video, watch a tutorial video so it can be easier. The creative work that I am thinking of doing for the Family to School Collaboration Video or Creative Work Assignment is a PowerPoint/Google slide presentation because I have fun making slide presentations and it is something I am more experienced with.

I have made a couple of videos for school projects before which included google slides presentations and me presenting as the slides go. I would recommend takeing your time while making the slides for the video to make sure you have all the information you want to include. I am thinking of doing a google slide presentation for this project. I am excited to create this!

essentially, I am a nerd at heart so making videos dates back to about 6th grade when I got my first Ipad, imovie was my foundation. also in highschool, I was a part of the multimedia program where I worked on the school morning news; a part of this included making short segments on Final Cut Pro to air every morning, so I have a ton of experience.

my advice is to always write out your script before you begin recording or record the audio first then import your video files. transitions are optional if you know how to place it.

with that in mind, I'm planning to create a video for my school and family collaboration assignment.

In the past, I have made videos of myself presenting Google Slides but not any physical video that requires additional images, music, etc. My advice is to take your time, plan out what you going to say during the video, and not be nervous because one benefit of making a video is you can record more than one time.

For the family-to-school collaboration, I plan on making a video because it will be a learning experience and an opportunity to learn how to make videos

I have some experience with making videos, sometimes they do come out blurry but I work with what I got. For my creative work assignment I plan on either making a video or making a google slide presentation and using zoom to record it. Depends on the time I will be having. If anyone is interested on the zoom presentation I can for sure help. All you need to do it start a meeting and then push record and you are able to share your screen to show your presentation. Always do a practice run before starting!

I do not have much experience making videos before. The only ones I have made were on youtube using my phone. Other videos I have recorded were via voicethread. I would recommend for myself and others who are not familiar or comfortable to make a video, to reach out to another peer or person who is familiar with making videos and ask for help.

If time permits, I would like to do a poster, however I may do a presentation on canva most likely.

I have a little bit of experience making videos in the past. I have noticed that what works for me is creating a voicethread or creating a powerpoint and recording it on zoom. An idea I have for the assignment is to use the slides layout on the application, Canva, and use the zoom app to record my presentation.
