Always i get up at five o´clock AM. After this it i always take a bath for go the work, Ocasionally i see tv before go the bath. In my work i always take the breakfast at nine o´clock, normally in my breakfast have coffe arepa and eggs. for my lunch always have the same schedule to one and thirty in this lunch i eat chiken or meat whit rice. and ocacionally soup.

The turistic place from my place are the salto of buey, there is a wáter fall beautifull and too there are too three, the main park there is a restaurant candilejas, the food is always delicious, there are also two bakeries with delicious buñuelos, other tourist places in La Ceja They are the flower cultivations, there are 3 main cultivations: San Nicolás, Falcón Farm and Isabelita. In these cultivations there are always flowers for the different seasons of the year, they never stop planting flowers from the year.
The typical food in the ceja is the bandeja paisa, it is preparation whit rice beans beacon eggs, chicharron, ripe plantains, In the ceja there is another typical food is the tamal and the mazamorra, but I prefer the bandeja paisa rarely as a tamal.
The principal celebrations from my town are the fiestas de las bicicletas los toldos y las flores, the people and the visitors always tend to come out to observe parades of silleteros and visiting tents.
