Many times I am faced with the problem of having sports and getting my school work done on time. I solve the problem by thinking what is the most important thing to get done. Once I have that I do the same thing until I have no more homework that I have not said as my answer. I then put the homework as a list in the order of what I should get done first. I then ask my mom if that plan works. After doing all that I have solved my problem on getting everything done on time.

I don't really fit in anywhere I go so it's hard for me to make friends. Once I transferred to Kearsarge it was hard because everyone was smarter than me and I didn't understand anything. There is a book I am reading right now called "Anything but typical" and it is about a boy named Jason Blake who has autism. One of the thing he said made so much sense to me it was crazy, Jason said "People are afraid of thing they don't know." People don't know how to react to things that are different. I was different so people didn't know how to see me. I want to change the perspectives of how people look at things that are new and weird. We can't change how people see us but we can try our best to make them see differently. I have over come my fear of being the new kid by making great friends and trying my best.

In the Drama Club, you really have to collaborate with others in order to get out of situations where you don't know what you are supposed to say, or vice versa. You have to improvise based on the situation and that can sometimes be tough, but if you work with the people that are having trouble with their lines during the rehearsals before opening night, you can help them memorize their lines, or you can ask someone to help you with yours if you're having trouble with them.

So coach called a timeout and we talked and decided what we had to do to win it back. We got back on the ice and we knew what we had to do, we went out and worked together and I ended up scoring, we were pumped! We celebrated then went back to work, we had a chance in the other team's end, I passed it back to one of my teammates off the face off, he quickly shot it and scored. We ended up winning the game. I play lacrosse, and as much as we'd like to think that each of us could do everything ourselves we can't. Even if one player is good at all of the positions, they need the others. Sometimes it's for the moral support, like if one of us misses a shot, or can't get in the way of a shot fast enough, the others are always waiting on the bench to say that it was only one play, and you'll get it next time, as well as things off the field like body issues or boy problems. Other times it's literally putting your body between your teammate with the ball and a defender so they can score. Lacrosse is a sisterhood and we all understand that without each other we could never be successful.

We all contributed from getting food to making sure we had all of the chaperones needed. We all had to work together to do it. Somebody I know came up to my friends and I and asked for our help. The person said they were having an argument with their friends on who to go to a sleepover with so my friends and I helped that person out with their friends to sort it out. We did and it turned out fine. If you help one another as a team you fix a lot of things. That's what my friends and I did and we felt pretty proud of ourselves after.

Earlier this year I did cheer and we had to figure out how to get our flyers up. To help this we would use counts and we would talk and communicate with each other. It was hard at first and there were a couple of falls but we ended up being able to get our flyer up on one leg in the end.

Last fall I did cheer with other kids in our school and when we got further into the season, we got harder stunts going. We were trying team building
to get both flyers going up and getting the counts right. We had to trust our bases and the bases had to trust the flyers. After a few falls, we got up on the counts and we got it done.
