Scrambled eggs plated with biscuits, arranged in a "sandwich" and a "domino" formation. 2 of the hard-boiled eggs are placed above, with basil, curry and mint leaves nicely arranged on top of them. Biscuit crumbs and paprika spice is sprinkled across the plate, giving it an artistic feel. - I have met the task demands by making my pizza dish a healthier one, doing so by adding more vegetables like green and red pepper, which not only make it healthier, but also adds colour and contrast to the pizza, which has pale shades of colours.

Question 2: Reflect on the practical test session:
- Were you able to manage time?
I had a bit of difficulty with managing my time towards the end of the test as there were only 5minutes left and my pizza was still not done. I eventually served the cooked pizza in time, so besides that I feel that I managed my time quite well.
-Did you face difficulties? How did you overcome them?
I did not really face other difficulties, besides my time management. Instead of just standing there doing nothing to wait for the pizza to be done, I spent my time wisely by washing and clearing up the whole area whenever I found spare pockets of time to do so.
How would you have done it differently?
I would have planned my time out very meticulously, ensuring that I would not have to rush and would be able to complete the dish.

Reflect on the food blogging process
- How useful were the nutritional tools?
Knowing more about the healthiness of foods such as carbohydrates and proteins helped me to better plan which ingredients to use to make my pizza.
