         <description><![CDATA[<p>Dr. Krugman and his team began their experiments on children in the Willowbrook State School around 1955 wherein they hoped to do research around Hepatitis in hopes of developing a vaccine by infecting mentally disabled children with Hepatitis. The experiments lead to being able to distinguish between Hepatitis A and B.</p>]]></description>
