I believe I do that by maintaining a healthy diet and including some sort of activity in my daily routine. Today, I want to share my passion for yoga. As a kid, I watched my dad practice yoga. He bought me a book on yoga poses that I loved reading and practicing. I knew that it was important to practice yoga correctly. So I joined yoga lessons to learn the postures. As of date, yoga remains my favourite form of exercise. It makes me feel calm, strong, and flexible. It has helped improve my posture and concentration. Yoga simply requires a mat and some space, which makes it the most ideal way to stay fit.

What I am passionate about is Nature. I try to spend as much time as possible in Nature because I think humans should not be dominant on Earth. As they are part of it as any other creatures, plants, they should respect it and always consider its protection in their decisions. 
I am a diver, a birder, a hiker and an admirer of Nature. My interest started when I was a child but I lost interest in it as I was busy living my daily life. When I started to dive, the beauty and magic of Nature struck me again and I observed as well how humans were impacting marine life. My interest in birds came almost at the same time. How captivating birds can be: they can do some magic, they can fly!

In my daily life, I try to be as much as possible principled and reflective on my impact on Nature. I try to be as well an inquirer and a thinker to understand the challenges we are facing nowadays to protect Nature.

In the document attached, I try to ask complex questions I have about Nature and its protection. I love to read all genres of books but I tend to gravitate more towards fictional books specifically sci-fiction and paranormal books. I think these types of books ignite my imagination and creative persona when I delve into a world of alternate possibilities and realities which may or may not be rooted to some kind of truths.
I am literally a book worm through and through and my go to solution to find out information about anything be it history, is through reading books! Given the option between watching a movie or reading a book, I ‘d take the book anytime because then my adventure would last a little bit longer!
I think it is amazing that the greatest movies created all began with a script, which was derived from a book. The best Marvel or DC Movies of all time originated from a Comic Book! What a way to explore the world of heroes and villains and the idea of how good can overcome evil!
It’s all about the imagination and how you can use it to create great masterpieces of all time while getting a message out to the world.
My goal is to one day write my own children’s stories, but something that will particularly help children through their inquiry process, be it a moral story or even a math story. The possibilities are endless!

I was born a book worm, add to that a love for movies(I should have written one by now and probably taken a role as a lead actor in JK Rowland's Thriller!)
I love reading books and this has enabled me to be a "virtual global citizen".I have journeyed across continents ,walked the streets of Paris ,visited the Eiffel tower, the Louvre and the Luxembourg gardens.I  have explored the Sentosa Islands in Singapore ,got tangled in motorbike "nets" in Ho Chi Minh Vietnam.I have gazed at the mighty pyramids in Giza, Egypt.Ran with the bulls and survived it in the narrow streets of Pamplona in Spain.All this possible through the lens of countless books and movies!
Books and movies come in different categories(form).Science fiction, espionage ,crime ,western.The wealth of knowledge imparted immeasurable(function) and you are totally transformed(change)

I love beautiful creations and their colours, like butterflies and roses. 
I enjoy watching butterflies and seeing how wonderfully they are created with different patterns, designs, colours, sizes and shapes of their wings. They change from caterpillars (usually less colourful) into these stunning butterflies. A butterfly flies free in the air when the sun is shining, looking for an aromatic flower to rest upon. Roses come in many colours and varieties, but my favourites are those that have a sweet fragrance. I am still learning about gardening - I don’t have a green thumb at all - but I do know that I enjoy their beauty and smell.

Change: how is it changing from flour, eggs, sugar, and other ingredients into a cake/pastry/cookie (science).
Function: how do different ingredients work and how much of it should I use (science and maths).

Risktaker: When I try out new recipes or when I have to use a different ingredient when I can't find what is needed.
Thinker: I think carefully as I measure out the ingredients.

Before I started working at H.I.S, I used to make my own curtains and cushions. When I sat on my sewing machine, the whole ceased to exist. I love how a room changes completely just by adding a little bit of color or detail to it. I was inspired by my multi-talented mum who could cook, knit, crochet, sew and do embroidery. She made sure all her children had a skill they could do with their hands. I love experimenting with fabrics and colours which requires being open-minded. My family spends hours on end playing word games.

The quote above sums up what reading means and is to me. I love reading because it allows me to explore different places through pages, meet different people and discover different perspectives about the world around me.  I read all genres of books but I am more drawn to African fiction books because I can make connections to related experiences  I have experienced, seen around me in my community and I also draw valuable lessons.Through fictional books, I can imagine, create  and it stirs up my curiosity to learn and explore.  One day , I would love to collaborate with other African authors to write some children's books and donate them to marginalized communities so as to foster the beautiful art of reading.

When I was younger I used to move around a lot within Zimbabwe. I lived in small towns and bigger cities. In all the places I lived I had to make new friends which were challenging for me.
