         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sunway is very committed with their social responsibility to always improve the lives of the communities. Social responsibility is a fundamental part in their business structure as they would continuously act to the improve social and environmental changes. Sunway three main ideas are education, healthcare and C.A.R. E Projects. Sunway believes that its important to provide the young people with these education opportunities. Furthermore, their healthcare is led by Sunway Medical Centre as they would take care of the healthcare standards in Malaysia ensuring the community are healthy living and they take care of themselves well. In addition, they also have a project which they call the C.A.R.E Project (<em>Community Aid, Reach-out and Enrichment) Projects </em>which is to enhance the lives of the community by providing aid and always reaching out to them. </div>]]></description>

This allow the employers to meet the candidates in person which will allow them to know the candidates better. Conducting an interview will give the employer or the interviewer an insight view  of the candidates. Sunway Berhad does not focus only focus on the candidate’s credentials and their working experience but also on their critical thinking skills. For example, the interviewer would give a scenario and ask the candidate to give their answers to solve the problem. And the interviewer listens to the interviewee carefully and notes down the important points. </div>]]></description>

It’s very crucial to watch the candidates during an interview because studies shows that if an interviewee does not ask any question during the interview, it likely means they’re shy or they’re not interested in the job. </div>]]></description>

This is also practiced by many company nowadays because very little or no training is needed sometimes and it saves a lot of cost compared to looking for a new employee. It also spares background checking at the same time. Besides, one of the most important thing, they existing employees can be trusted and foster loyalty among team members.</div>]]></description>

This method is greatly effective and should be used when Sunway Berhad is on the look for a specialized or for a crucial position which  is vacate. Third party sourcing is an effective but a costly way of recruiting new employees.</div>]]></description>

It is known for its various possessions of attributes from fashion straight up to home furnishing items</div><div><strong>1998</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Monash University from Melbourne partnered with Sunway Group and not long after that Monash University was built in Sunway City. Students from Sunway College to enter Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY) which enables them to pursue their undergraduate studies in Monash University later on.</div><div><strong>1999</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Sunway Medical Centre (SMC) was built which offers a wide range of medical services to the society</div><div><strong>2004</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Minister of Education granted Sunway College with the status university college which enables the students of Sunway College to do their undergraduate and postgraduate studies all in Sunway College and Sunway University.&nbsp;</div><div><strong>2010</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Jeffrey Cheah Foundation was established where it holds the trusts for Sunway College and Sunway Universities and is very well known in our country today for its given scholarships&nbsp;</div><div><strong>2013</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The Pinnacle was established to offer the society a corporate environment to work in for the development of Sunway Berhad.</div><div><strong>2014</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Academic Collaboration of Jeffrey Cheah Foundation and Oxford which enables students from Sunway College or Sunway University to pursue their studies in Oxford&nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Sunway City was awarded 1<sup>st</sup>&nbsp; Green Township in the whole of Malaysia. This provides the residents, workers and students in Sunway City a safer environment to live, work and study in.</div><div><strong>2015</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; BRT was introduced in Sunway City which enhances the convenience of the students and workers in Sunway to move around Sunway City.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Academic Collaboration of Jeffrey Cheah Foundation and Cambridge which enables students from Sunway College or Sunway University to pursue their studies in&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Cambridge<br><strong>2016</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Nickelodeon collaborated with Sunway Lagoon Theme Park to intensify the attraction to the theme park for kid’s leisure.</div><div><strong>2017</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Water Treatment Facility was introduced which contributes to enhancing the green township of Sunway City.</div>]]></description>
