  • Helmholtz is responsible for creating the hypnopaedic phrases that are played while children sleep 
  • the words used in the poems he creates can be powerful or they can be a weapon (for children, it is engraving these absurd beliefs/opinions)
  • Helmholtz still does this as it is his “forever job” in society but he shows interest in writing about different subjects
