To think of the bigger picture and work at smaller goals to achieve the bigger one. Being able to see long range goals is a strength for me because I am highly motivated the final reward rather than effected by present idleness or frustration. I can see what I wanna accomplish and set my mind to that future.

For myself, this is a strength because I am confidently able to turn to my friends or teachers to ask for help. Anytime I'm confronted with not only a personal issue, but need help for school work, I have a group I can turn to. I think going into college where experiences are going to be new, it's important to have a group I have turn to. I know  my support group is always looking out for my best interests and my success.

This is an area of growth for me because I don't always make time to go and help around in the community. I am either too busy to plan something, or simple not dedicated enough. However, I've been working with a community group in school to try and improve my community service.
