It is really sad to see you leaving Imperative! Thank you for all the help and support you provided with the Peru project. Hi Fernanda!! It's been so great with you and see how you were able to take control of the Peru project and lead it despite the rocky start of the project!! I really wished we could've gotten to work together more and interact more (esp in Peru) but I'm thankful for the moments we did get to work together and that we got to hang out in the offsite!! This is random but everytime I eat grains now, I remember how you said it makes you super bloated and that night we (you, me, Inna, and Catherine) all shared the meds we take for anti bloating 🤣 Thank you for the direction you've given me/us and for being such a great model of what a woman leading a team looks like! I appreciate how you've always been so kind and encouraging and when you're super frank. It's super funny when you just tell it straight up how it is with no sugar coating and also very helpful and constructive!! I really wish you the best in this next chapter and I hope we can stay in touch!! 🫶🏼 Angeli
