I like how the 5E model starts with aiming to engage the students, great idea. Gets them interested. I think the challenge is how you engage all students. For some people, focusing on the details in a lab environment may not be engaging (although I'm sure it is for some). I think it's important for some students to see the bigger picture. that is, how the details affect the world, in order to become engaged and curious about science. This would enhance inquiry in science and rely less on teacher instruction and guidance.

At the start, the engagement is somewhat teacher centred, but it's great that the teacher has given them a clear idea about what they're aiming to do at the start of the class. As the class moves on it becomes more teacher driven and guided. Great that she asks them leading questions to get them thinking about the learning outcomes. I think leading them slowly as she did helped guide them toward more independent inquiry toward the end of the class.

I think this program would be useful for physics experiments if taught by someone that understands and knows the program very well. As it is I had trouble and imagine the students would find it very confusing to use it for the first time. Especially if they're on their own. This would be hard to use without a set of instructions.

In my video, it was hard to analyse the rotation of the earth using Loggerpro. The main limitations included: The camera: it is modelled after a human eye, which is not typically good at seeing the rotation of the earth from this perspective. The perspective: If taken from a further distance from the earth, this may have been easier to see. You can see the results below:
