EIP would be to create a climate of fairness and trust so where others actively communicate rather than act like onlookers. Anti-bullying policies can be translated into rules that can be displayed on walls in every school settings as a reminder of the behavioral expectations.

School Social Workers are the most supportive administrator a student could lead on for guidance and reassurance. Bullying is an issue in so many elementary schools and the students who are the bullies don't even see it as an issue. Policies on bullying in schools are the best standards that can be implemented for prevention for this ongoing problem.
