My career is Obstetric Nursing, my goal is to be work for the top OBGYN practices in the country. I want my skills and abilities to flourish throughout of my career. My strengths are going to be key contenders to my career success. Learner, and developer will both tie into one another, because in the nursing field I would have to be able to intake a rigorous amount of information and understand how different aspects tie into each other. The strength developer will allow me to understand each individual patient, and allow me depict on what’s best for each individual. The strength restorative helps me to figure out what the problem could possibly be and ways that I could solve the problem. I have to be responsible and disciplined in my field, I have to be able to demonstrate these strengths in order to grasp to the concept of the services that I am giving to some one else.

I want to be able to manage my time well take the necessary steps there are to make sure that I am on the right track for graduating. One of my values is being orderly or on time , if I reach the goal of graduating on time then I be able to transfer to my dream school. 

   Another goal that I have set for myself is to join an organization. I believe that if I join an organization that I could branch out more, connect with other people and become more open minded. This goal relates to me because strong bonds are what grounds me, so if I could create at least one bond with someone then I will feel that I accomplished a big task. My last goal is to visit my professors during office hours. In highschool I did not try to connect with any of my teachers outside of the classroom, but now that I am in college I believe that the relationships that I create can be of good use for me now as well as in the  future.

  Aspects of my color code that can help me achieve my goal is being structured and orderly. If I am on a set schedule everyday then I will not procrastinate because I would know what I task I have to complete at a set time each day. Structure will help me  with my other goals by allowing me to stay on top of the important things and not get side tracked. I will need the colors green blue and orange they both have characteristics that could potentially help me towards my goals. The color orange has the characteristic of being flexible which is  and I need flexibility through my days to make sure that I balance school work, job, and home life. 

     I have many values that I live by, one value that I am prone to is neatness. I do not like being careless , but structured and orderly. If there's not structure then feel that there will be chaos in my life. I am very innovative, I enjoy putting pieces together and thinking outside of the box to try to solve a problem  whether it is for myself or others. Being creative is important to me because it allows me to step out of my comfort zone and try new things. My creativity helps me express my feelings through my poetry and paintings. 

    Learning is my outlet , when I learning I feel like a sponge because I am soaking up new information which makes me want to further research and share with other what i have learned. Family is one of my most important values to because it holds each member and myself closer together. Building connections and bonds with family builds my self esteem because I know that they will always be there for me if I was sto need them.  Each value holds a different importance but helps me get through my everyday life.
