         <description><![CDATA[<div>What if the person who uses AI tools developed with the aim of making judgment of others easier (e.g., COMPAS), systematically trusts the AI system and never questions it? E.g.: a judge uses COMPAS to sentence people; because COMPAS is biased, the judgment will be biased at least in some cases; however, the judge chooses to ignore this - let's say out of laziness - and always judges people solely based on COMPAS's output; various citizens are wrongly convicted because of this: how can they rebut the accusation?</div>]]></description>
