         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is often stated that vegetarians need to be weary about their protein intake. Is there any truth to this? Evaluate.&nbsp;<br>20 major amino acids. In plant based you don't get the entire complement. Be careful of iron levels and B12 levels.&nbsp;<br><br>You can get enough proteins generally from plants, but animal plants have all proteins made of all 20 amino acids. Thus achieving complete required protein intake is easier via animal intake, but it's not impossible to get required protein intake from a range of plant sources.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We love to take protein to fuel our muscle growth. However our muscles can absorb only a certain amount of protein, the rest is used for other functions or pee'd out.&nbsp;<br>Have a look at the abstract of the study in this link and get an idea of how much protein you should be eating per meal for maximal muscle growth (assuming you consume 4 meals a day). Note it down here.<br><br>Ideally 20g per day per average adult. Higher amounts generally lead to oxidation of the amino acids when they can't be stored in the muscles already at their protein storage thresholds.</div>]]></description>
