💧3-Some of the teachers should take screenshots from our videoconferences and create pictures collages and share them here also upload them ESEP ,Instagram and Facebook. I already did it so 3 more teachers are enough! 4 teachers can do it not every partner. 
💦4-Task Sharing & Work Plan
💧4- I determine the work plan and task sharing here in our WhatsApp group but if you want we can arrange a meeting for them. I am available!
If you want to add or exclude something from work plan please let me know!!! We can discuss these in forum part in ESEP cause it is important to use forum.
Task sharing is also important part! Every single partner needs to take responsibilities and task throughout the project. For example Magda prepared a brochure and Amani prepared a logo and poster poll.
💦5- Project Pre -test
💧5- Özden teacher prepared a project pre test so we need to do our test in our class and take pictures while doing it and then upload them to ESEP. The process is the same in every activity! Keep the pictures untill the end of the project! Don’t forget to add your name surname school and country in every picture collage! Otherwise, I do not differentiate your works and do not know who is done or not. 
💦6- Parent Permissions
💧6- For project, we must get permission from parents and I have sent you a parent consent form! We give them to parents and they read & sign the form after we take pictures of them upload! Same process again!!! 
🫧In picture collage, parents’ names and signs must not appear! Please do not let students use their surnames! Their names and their surnames initial letter is enough for every single thing in the project! 
🫧In every video and photo must not expose kids faces!
