A big culture of mine is being a wife to my husband. I really have enjoyed being a wife. My husband is my best friend and more. I enjoy doing things for my husband, and I also enjoy when he does things for me. We both try to give 100%. Sometimes our 100% looks different on bad days than it does on good days, and that's ok. I enjoy building a life with my husband and enjoying the different cultures that we both have.

Mom

Another big culture of mine is being a mom. I have really enjoyed being a mom, even though sometimes it can be hard. I have 2 boys that are living and one that passed away. Losing a child was really hard, but I wouldn't take back being a mom to all 3 of them. I love seeing the 2 boys that I get to keep grow into amazing people. I have been able to see them become their own people and enjoy different things. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to watch them grow.

Traveler

This is a newer culture for me. I have always loved road trips and camping, but I hadn't traveled very far. Now I have gone to other countries, cruised, camped, and just traveled around and I love it. I wish that it wasn't so expensive to travel around and see the world, but I hope that as I get older I'll be able to see more of the world. When I travel, I find that I learn more about other cultures, and I would like to continue to do that.

Music

Music has always been a big culture for me. When I was little, my dad would sing me to sleep. As I got older, I would sing all the time, even making up little songs as a little girl. I got into choir and musicals when I was in high school. I'm not in anything musical like that anymore, but I listen to music and sing quite often. I have found that it helps increase my mood. Now I have passed my love of music to my children. I'm glad that I have music to help with whatever I am feeling.

Mental Health

This is a culture that I have always struggled with, even though I didn't know what it was when I was little. I used to get stomach aches quite a bit when I was little, and I didn't know why. Now I know that I was having anxiety, but it wasn't something that was really talked about then. Mental Health has been a huge part of my life. I have lost family due to mental health. I make sure that my family and I take care of our mental health. It is very important to make sure to get the help needed. I am so grateful that there is more help for those that need it for their mental health.
