For example, igloos were built using snow because they provided warmth and protection in cold climates, while longhouses were made from wood and bark, showing how people used local resources. I was inspired by how creative and resourceful Indigenous communities were in designing homes that reflected their culture and traditions. I was also surprised to see how each home tells a story about the values and identity of the people who lived there.
