  • The spinner shark lives mostly in subtropical waters. They can be found in waters off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts all the way to Brazil. 
  • These sharks are very unique, when feeding they spin out of the water in quick bursts. 
  • Feed primarily on small bony fish, but will occasionally feed on other species such as stingrays, cuttlefish, squid, and octopus.
